As vice president of Program Operations and Partnerships, Tracy Farrell overseesÌýprograms designed to promoteÌýindependenceÌýand improved quality of lifeÌýforÌýthe most severelyÌýwounded, ill, and injured warriors while alsoÌýmaintainingÌýºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s (WWP)Ìýfocus onÌýpartnershipsÌýandÌýcollaboration.ÌýOver the pastÌý10Ìýyears, she has had the opportunity toÌýleadÌýeight of WWP’s holisticÌýprograms, ensuringÌýwarriorsÌýhave opportunitiesÌýto connect with others, reach their goals, and enjoyÌýhealthy lives.Ìý

Before joining WWP, Tracy served for more than 22 years in the U.S. Army as a leader and trainer. In her last military assignment, she was chief of the congressional operations division in the Army’s legislative liaison office at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.ÌýBefore working at the Pentagon, Tracy was a battalion commander and chief of military police in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.ÌýThere sheÌýled a 1,000-member policing team, ensuring the safety and security of the Oahu Army community while preparing soldiers for worldwide operations.Ìý

She holds a Master of Science in counseling and development from Long Island University, C.W. Post campus, and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.Ìý

When not in the office, Tracy enjoys exploring the world through numerous active outdoor pursuits.
